Erica-sensei who is utritionist for MS.UNIVERSE says, we should eat "brown" foods for decreasing weights. Hoshino-koubo , Kokutou ( black sugar from satoukibi ) , rye and wheatmeal were used.

New face has come

地震　すごすぎ　本の海

明るいＬＥＤ電気と電池式ラジオとおやつが役に立ちました。
贅沢いうなら、灯油の直火ストーブ。ご飯作れる。

ペンダント式のワッカ蛍光灯が全割れ。
家にいなくてよかった。。。
当日は余震が激しくてパジャマで寝る勇気はなかったな。
